Dr. John A Breda

Supervisor
Mr. John A Breda specializes is Internal Medicine. He went to University Of Massachusetts Medical School and graduated in 1996. He has 26 years of diverse experience with area of expertise as Internal Medicine.

Brian Bonefant, PA

Brian Bonenfant began his medical career as a medical technician in the USAF in 1986. After his honorable discharge in 1990, he graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and completed his BS in biology with senior honors in biochemistry.
He completed his graduate medical education at Northeastern University, where he received his Masters in Health Professions and PA-C degree. He is past president of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants.
Brian has spent his 21 health care provider year career working in family practice, emergency medicine, and urgent care. He has been with Tristan Medical since its inception. Brian remains on staff at several Massachusetts and Florida hospitals and urgent care centers.

Chelsea Lacasse, PA-C

Chelsea Lacasse first entered the medical field as an EMT in 2012 during which time she concurrently completed her BS in Biological Sciences at the University of Rhode Island. She then spent the next three years working as an EMT in both private and emergent capacities before attending Tufts University School of Medicine where she obtained her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017. During her time at Tufts she was active in the Student Senate representing her class as the social chair.
Following her graduate education she spent the next five years working in Emergency Medicine in both Indiana and more recently, Rhode Island, where she currently remains on staff. She was the recipient of the Robert K. Pederson Global Outreach Grant in 2021 and traveled to Rwanda where she spent two weeks training the local medical community and civilians on basic hemorrhage control and trauma.
Outside of her career in medicine, Chelsea enjoys playing field hockey, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Axel.

Alyssa Gramstorff, MSPAS, PA-C

Alyssa Gramstorff, who goes by Aly, is an outgoing physician assistant who is from the small town of Sutton, Massachusetts. Aly started getting involved in the healthcare field as a high school student when she volunteered at UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA. She then completed training to become an emergency medical technician and began working as a patient care assistant on the neurology and bone marrow transplant floors at UMASS.
While working, she was also completing her undergraduate degree at Worcester State University. She graduated cum laude in 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Aly then went on to get her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Here, she succeeded in her didactic year and moved on to complete 12 different clinical rotations over the course of 27 months. During her clinicals, Aly fell in love with family medicine. She went on to complete 3 rotations in this specialty, in addition to the others such as dermatology, orthopedics, surgery, and pediatrics.
When Aly isn’t seeing patients, she loves cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family and dogs.
